A Quick Note on Information Use

This Gender DEI survey collects basic contact details to share your individual snapshot displaying your score. These details are used only to deliver your results and briefly related information.

This is a general online Gender DEI Diagnostic Survey, available to anyone who chooses to participate via our website.

The survey is designed to capture how inclusion is actually experienced across key workplace dimensions, moving beyond assumptions, perceptions, or intent. It provides a structured view of Gender - DEI Maturity based on lived experience, not on best guesses.

The assessment is structured around Funverks’ 6-S DEI maturity model:

Sleep → Stare → Survival → Strategic → Stitched → Sustainable

These stages reflect how DEI typically evolves, from informal and inconsistent efforts to fully embedded, self-sustaining practice.

There are no right or wrong answers. The purpose of this assessment is to surface patterns and realities that are often felt but not formally measured.
